What on earth is Turlitava?

TURLITAVA

A traditional Macedonian dish consisting of meats and vegetables that are stewed together and baked in an oven. Common ingredients include pork, beef, or lamb, and vegetables such as potatoes, eggplants, carrots, and peppers.

Turlitava translates as "A little bit of everything"

Seriously... We all do it, but Why?

Life is too short to save the good stuff for later.

Wear the good perfume, use the good dinner set, drink that bottle you're saving, draw in that new notebook... you don't need permission and it feels great!

A good friend sent me this quote not long ago and I can't stop thinking about it.

Melanie Sokoleski

I consider myself lucky... I had a wonderful upbringing where I was encouraged to pursue what I loved most - performing and being creative. Most of my life has been involved with perfoming and it's taken me to so many corners of the world for which I am so grateful.

But life continues to take me in different directions and while I no longer perform on stage, I create everyday... whether its through my choreography, through my art or through videography and digital design, I am every bit as passionate and creative as the little 5 year old dancer I once was.

I am a results-driven professional with a diverse skill set. I have gained experience from the many industries I have been lucky enough to work in which has helped shape me into the person I am today.

From professional dancing and radio advertising to retail and running my own business for 10 years, I have enjoyed each and every experience. I'm a big believer in constantly learning and evolving.

Travel has been (and always will be) a HUGE part of my life and it really wouldn't matter where in the world I was as long as my family were there with me. After spending most of 2022 living in Croatia, it really opened our whole families' eyes to what we could do, where we could go, and with the opportunities available in this digital age, I am embracing whatever may be on the horizon for us. (Always a dozen different ideas in my head at any one time)
